This is a really easy recipe for chicken with a delicious grape sauce. I make the sauce just to put over white rice all the time as it's much better and healthier than bottled sauces.
1/4 C brown sugar - packed
1/4 C vinegar
1/4 c ketchup
2 T butter
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 C red greapes, split & seeded
1 broiler-fryer quartered or you can use 4 boneless chicken breasts.
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Combine sugar, vinegar & ketchup in small saucepan. Bring to a boil & add butter & worcestershire sauce. Simmer uncoverred 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Add grapes & heat.
Arranch chicken in a single layer in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over.
Bake 45-60 minutes or until tender. Baste chicken with sauce 2-3 times during baking.
Serve over rice.
