Healthy Recipe: Blueberry Banana Muffins


Okay- so they are not as good as real muffins but still very good for a healthy, sweet treat at only 155 calories each and 2 grams of fat.


3 bananas

1/2 C pears (canned)

1 T cinnamon

1/2 C blueberries

1 1/2 C oatmeal

1 t olive oil


Pre-heat oven to 450F.

Mash banans and pears. Fold in blueberries and oatmeal.

Bake 30-45 minutes in buttered muffin tins.
