Non-Fat Carrot Muffins Recipe
1 1/2C Carrots; grated
1 t Cinnamon
1/8 t Cloves
1 t Orange peel
2 Eggs
4 T Raisins (I use golden)
1 t Vanilla
6 T Flour
1 t Baking Powder
2/3 C Powdered Milk
1 C Brown Sugar
Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam spray. Divide equally. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
